Dr. Brandon Pettke – Stem Cells

Dr. Brandon Pettke has been serving the Burleson community since 2004. After attending the University of Texas in Austin, Dr. Pettke received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas. Dr. Pettke began providing expert medical treatment to the Burleson area.

Dr. Pettke believes the best approach to patient care is an integrated approach. That’s why he wholeheartedly supports stem cell therapy for qualified patients. The human body is designed to repair itself, and Dr. Pettke argues the foundation for human health is in stem cell therapy.

Dr. M. Brandon Pettke

Clinic Director

Dr. Pettke is a licensed chiropractor in the State of Texas. He attended The University of Texas in Austin and Parker University in Dallas where he was on the Dean’s Honor Roll and received his Bachelors of Science in Anatomy and Doctorate of Chiropractic. Since 2003, Dr. Pettke has taken care of thousands of patients. He has treated everyday people like factory workers, government employees, managers, CEO’s, children, and even athletes. In addition to providing care to many of the area’s student athletes and coaches, Dr. Pettke has also treated many other professional and amateur athletes. Dr. Pettke is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing baseball, basketball, racquetball, scuba diving, golf, water sports, and snow skiing. He believes the best approach to patient care is an integrated approach from multiple disciplines. He has a keen interest in the biomechanics of the human body and nutrition. Both of which he believes are foundational for optimal health. He resides in Ft. Worth with his wife and 5 kids. He is actively involved in his Church, Life.Church of Ft. Worth.

Dr. Jason R. Butler

Medical Director

Dr. Butler obtained his medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2007. After medical school, he completed his residency and fellowship training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth (JPS Health Network). He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, and has additional specialty training in Interventional Pain Medicine. In 2012, he joined Arlington Pain & Therapy and has been the driving force behind expanding the scope of interventional treatment options for their patients. The practice has locations in South Arlington and Mansfield. In addition to treating at Arlington Pain & Therapy, he is also the Medical Director here at Lone Star Progressive Medicine. Dr. Butler oversees all the medical care provided in the office. He focuses on maximizing all conservative options through multi-disciplinary treatments before recommending any interventions, and his goal is to help patients maximize their potential function with focus on improving quality of life.

Dr. Butler was the Team Physician for Eastern Hills High School from 2010 to 2012 and served as an assistant Team Physician for multiple other teams in both Arlington and Fort Worth ISD. He has worked with Texas Christian University (TCU), Texas Wesleyan University (TWU), Golden Gloves, Hotter ‘N Hell Hundred, as well as other local sports organizations to provide care for athletes and their families. He is a member of the Texas Pain Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, Texas Medical Association, Tarrant County Medical Society, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Butler is affiliated with Baylor Surgicare at Mansfield, Baylor Surgical Hospital at Fort Worth, Select Ambulatory Surgical Center of Fort Worth, and USMD Hospital Arlington.

LeAmy Seabert

Nurse Practitioner

LeAmy Seabert is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from University of Texas of Arlington with her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2014, and received an award for clinical excellence. Prior to finishing her masters, she worked as an R.N. for 12 years in the ICU. Upon completion of her Masters in Nursing, she has worked in various settings from geriatric care to urgent care to hormone replacement therapy.

As a member of Lone Star Progressive Medicine team, LeAmy enjoys assisting patients in understanding their conditions, and the different options of pain relief and improvement of their health conditions.

When she isn’t working, LeAmy enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Stacie Slade

Office Manager & Billing

Stacie has been the office manager since 2010. She has 13 years of managerial, human resources and customer service experience. She handles the office billing, patient insurance and day to day office affairs. Stacie’s primary goal is to help ensure that patients get the care they need despite any challenges, financial or otherwise. She is a firm believer in lifestyle medicine and enjoys seeing patients transform their overall health and quality of life. She has a love of books, music and the Dallas Cowboys. She lives in Burleson with her two sons, who enjoy keeping her busy in her free time.

Tammy Reid

Front Desk

Tammy has worked at Lone Star Progressive from 2009-2014, and returned in 2017 when she moved back to the Burleson area. With 16 years of front desk experience, she handles all of the front desk duties, including scheduling, answering phones and helping patients with anything they need. She is the smile you see from the moment you walk in the door! Tammy completely believes in the type of integrative care we provide in our office, as she personally has been helped with several conditions. She thoroughly enjoys helping our patients get out of pain, lose weight and all around feel great! Tammy lives in Crowley with her husband. She has 4 kids, and 4 grand kids, and loves to hang out with her family any chance she gets!

Tiffany Cloud

Medical & Weight Loss Assistant

Tiffany has lived in the Burleson/Crowley area her entire life. Her passion for health and wellness has become her happy place. She is a certified personal trainer who loves helping people! Encouraging others to reach their goals is one of her favorite things to do. She is married to her husband Justin, and they have three extremely active children. When they are not at volleyball, football, basketball, or horse riding lessons they enjoy working out, going to the lake, and traveling.

Hannah Tomme

Physical Medicine & Rehab Assistant

Hannah is the assistant for the physical medicine and rehab department of the clinic. She instructs and assists patients as they begin their therapeutic rehab exercises and stretches, along with their various therapies they need for their condition.
Hannah graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She played softball beginning at the age of 5, and had the pleasure of continuing her love for the game in college (2 years at Kilgore College and the other two at Texas Wesleyan University). She is very passionate about helping others, seeing them improve, and reaching their goals. You will love getting to work with Hannah’s upbeat and optimistic personality!
When she is not at work, she likes to spend time with her friends, family, her dog Harley, and of course, playing softball!
